Depending on the total size/weight, your order will be delivered by either motorbike (My Kbun or Gojek) or a pickup truck (My Kbun or GoBox). Delivery fee is based on your location and a mode of transport. 

We are always looking for ways to reduce our negative impact on the environment. We think delivery pooling helps us greatly to reduce the carbon footprint made by transporting the orders. In the table below are delivery fees and delivery schedule.

** We are a small business striving to keep our prices as low as possible to encourage as many people as we can to take up gardening. To keep our prices low, we can’t yet employ a big enough team in order to do all the tasks every day or to keep us active 24/7. Every week we need a bit of time to work on things other than orders and delivery and also a day to take a rest. We do this between Sat and Mon. Thank you very much for your understanding!

Payment details will be sent together with a finalized order via the communication channel of your choice. Full payment should be made within 24 hours after ordering or the order will not be confirmed. At the moment Cash on Delivery is not possible.
