Loofah grows on a sponge gourd vine. Once the fruit is ripe, it is dried, peeled and deseeded. The result is a completely natural sponge of plant origin. The size of loofah is not precise because it is a completely natural product. The length of small, medium, large and jumbo is around 10,20,25 and 30 cm respectively. Larger loofahs can be easily cut into desirable sizes.

How to Use

Wet the loofah sponge before using on your body to soften the fibers. Use as a regular shower sponge. Be sure to rinse it well and store in a place where it can drain and dry after each use. People love loofahs because they exfoliate the skin. Dead skin cells contribute to dull skin appearance. Loofahs scrubs this dead layer off gently and without disrupting the young and healthy skin cells underneath. Some skin types are sensitive to abrasion. If you’ve ever noticed redness or irritation after using a loofah, your skin might be particularly sensitive to dermabrasion and exfoliation.

Additional Notes
